Scott Fines, P.Eng.

Scott Fines is a civil-structural P.Eng. He attended Dalhousie University (B.Eng) and has a history in commercial, industrial, and residential design, with a background in project management and construction.

Founded with Amanda Fines in 2018/2019. Fines Design is residential primarily, and also does commercial and industrial. From a single house through a sixplex — or a shop or plant — the set is meant to be permitted, priced, and built.

The office is in Cornwall and Ingleside. Design stays at the table until a building official can read the file. We can meet in person for 3D renderings and walkthroughs if you want to walk the house before it is built. Houses we draw in Eastern Ontario can sit on the free-plans program.
